The Primary Foods of the Primal Diet are Raw Animal Meats and Raw Animal Fats

Through research and understanding of both human biochemistry and the laws of nature, we recognize that the best building blocks for regenerating new, healthy cells and healthy cell growth and development are raw animal amino acids with the live enzymes to catalyze and these proteins for biologic form and function. Raw animal fats also provide the best macro-nutrients for building and supporting this process with their omega-3 fatty acids, supporting fat-soluble vitamin and anti-oxidant metabolism to best support healthy human chemistry.

Plants do not support this building process for humans. Though they do offer vitamins and minerals to the herbivores that eat these plants who transform these vitamins and minerals into a form (their meat and fat) they we humans can best consume and utilize.

Cooked foods do not support this process either as now the macro-nutrients are denatured and become more of a toxin to the human body than a life-giving element.

Here is the Primal Diet Food Pyramid, with Raw Animal Meats at the bottom as the foundation and Raw Nuts & Seeds at the top with the smallest contribution to maintaining healthy humans.

Primal Diet Pyramid

The Primal Diet discourages eating any cooked, pasteurized, radiated, and denatured foods.

The heating process fractionates essential vitamins and minerals, cauterizes cells, destroys enzymes necessary for metabolism, inhibits ion exchange. creates toxic waste by-products, aflatoxins, and acrylamides such as Advanced Glycation End Product (AGE’s) , Heterocyclic Amines, and Lipid Peroxides which store in the body contributing to disease.

We ask you to ponder, why are we the only animal on the planet that cooks our food?

And, why do wild animals that eat only raw food and are exposed to plenty of bacteria disease-free?

Cooking, canning, pasteurizing, salting, and drying are all methods of preserving food which help extend shelf life but are not optimally healthy, life-giving processes.

The major toxins that Americans need to eliminate from their diet to live disease free are:

Sugar (even large amounts of fruit), Salt, Caffeine and Alcohol.

Aajonus’ created this diet after his time in the wilderness observing animal’s natural eating patterns and among the Eskimos neither of which exhibited any modern diseases before the industrial age of toxic chemicals and processed foods.

The pillars of the Primal Diet include:

1. Avoiding and detoxifying chemical, radiation, and supporting the body’s ability to evacuate these and dead and damaged cells easily, and then…

2. Taking in the healthiest live, bio-available, whole-food nutrients and enzymes possible to rebuild the damaged body.

This is a long game process based on eating raw organic animal fats and proteins in the the form of meat and dairy and juicing green vegetables (mostly celery) for enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and alkalinization.

This diet supports a healthy relationship with microbes in nature, recognizing that bacteria, virus, fungi, parasites, and tumors are all helpful garbage disposals that speed up the decay and demolition of toxins and dead cells in our body, so they don’t build up and cause disease.

This diet understands that symptoms are part of the healing process and are not to be thwarted which would only stall out the healing and push the disease deeper into the body. So, a cough, a fart, body odor, a fever, diarrhea, or a rash are all the body’s beautiful process of ridding toxins from the system and should be supported and encouraged rather than curtailed with drugs or any other alternative treatment.
