1st Annual Primal Diet Conference

July 17 @ 8:00 am - July 20 @ 7:30 pm
Primal Diet Conference

July 17 @ 8:00 am July 20 @ 7:30 pm

Produced by The Primal Diet Coaches, PrimalDiet.net, and PRIMAL PLANITZ™

How This All Started

The Primal Diet community started in 1993 when Aajonus Vonderplanitz cured his cancer and other diseases with a diet of raw animal meats and fats and wrote the books We Want to Live Recipe for Living Without Disease.

Now, 30-years later, many of Aajonus’ students and clients have come together to testify about the health benefits and share their experiences on the Primal Diet.

What to Expect at the Conference

You’ll meet other Primal Dieters and hear about other’s experiences.

Whether you are a veteran or just heard about the diet, this is a great place to ask questions and tap in at your level.

Even if you don’t eat raw meat and are curious, we have no judgment. We all were there once. We’ll answer your questions and hold your hand as you explore this way of eating.

Experience Simply Grassfed at Burke’s Garden Farm where plenty of grass fed meats and dairy are grown, and eat some of the healthiest food on the planet.

Just the location in the glorious Burke’s Garden Valley “God’s Thumbprint” is worth the trip. Your experience will be magical.

Come make friends, learn, heal, grow, and celebrate life with other humans who want to live and see the natural path as the best way forward.

Give a Class

If you have content that you would like to present, send us the title and outline for a 30-60-min class (10-15-min of this for Q&A) for us to review. If approved, we will promote your class and you will receive a We Want to Live or Recipe For Living Without Disease Book and a Conference T-shirt for teaching.

Become a Vendor

If you have a product or service that is Primal Diet approved, email us to send you an application.

Food Options:

1)  We Prepare and You Eat – Thursday through Sunday

All you can eat raw dairy, green vegetable juices, and freshly butchered on-site lamb and poultry. Meal tickets includes meat, pastured eggs, A2 raw milk, butter, cheese, and juicing vegetables. We will have a small variety of condiments and fruits.

Adults – $50/day; Children (4-12) – $25/day
Coconut Cream – 1pt $35/each (pre-order required)

Dairy will be available for herd shareholders.

2)  Bring Your Own Food

Bring all your own meals. You would need to bring your own cooler. Refrigeration is not provided. Closest grocery store with minimal organic veggies and conventional meat is 30-minutes away. Abingdon has a Kroger, Appalachian Roots Market, and a large farmers market which have a greater selection of organic stuff. Johnson City, Asheville, Charlotte, and Knoxville all have health food stores and farmers markets. Juicers and blenders are available for your use.

Note About Cooked Food

We welcome folks who still eat cooked food or have partners, children, or friends that are curious about the diet and haven’t made the leap yet. PLEASE JOIN US!!! Cooking appliances and cookware are available. We will make you feel at home cooking while the majority are eating raw and discussing the health benefits. Cook as needed. Refrigeration is not available. We want you to feel comfortable as you learn about the Primal Diet and our community.

Other Information

Read We Want to Live and Recipe For Living without Disease. We highly recommend you purchase and read these before arriving at the conference. This will help you integrate into the conference much easier and help you get the most out of your time. Click here to purchase.

Children and Safety: This is a working farm in a part-modern part-early 1900’s farming community. Be prepared for open sun, wind, curvy mountain roads, farm animals, and horse and buggies.

Because we are at 3000 feet elevation, the bugs aren’t as bad as other wild areas, but we still have a few. Also, because of the elevation, it’s cooler and windier than other areas. Bring long sleeves, long pants, sweater, hat, and raincoat.

This is a kid friendly event and we are not responsible for watching your kids or for their safety. Any alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, pets, nudity, or disruptive behavior will be evicted with NO refund.

Absolutely NO Refunds.  We are planning food and other logistics based on your registration. We cannot refund your money once you have registered.  In the event of inclement weather, classes will be indoors..

We look forward to having you in our Primal Diet Community.

It’s time to start experiencing the optimal health you rightly deserve.
