Aajonus As I Knew Him
More than anyone I have ever known, Aajonus was the most extraordinary person in my life. I had known him longer than anyone I am aware of in the Primal…
Improve Your Vision Naturally
When I entered the Army in 1987 I had 20/40 vision, an astigmatism, and was prescribed glasses and contacts. I threw away my glasses and contacts 25 years ago and made significant changes in my lifestyle towards being more holistic. I moved to the country and reduced my stress. I began wearing natural fibers, only putting things on my skin that I wouldn’t be concerned about putting in my mouth. I stopped all alcohol, processed sugar, caffeine, and salt. I did the recommended eye exercises and the Primal Diet.
What Is The Primal Diet?
The last few years, momentum has been building to revivify the Primal Diet Community. Several clients and students, some of whom, have been dedicated to the diet for 5 to even 25 years, have come together inspired by the newer, eager, younger Primal Dieters, and rekindled the torch of Aajonus. We are ready to pick up and carry the vision of optimal health forward now and into the future.
Sweet as Honey
Honey is probably the third most important component of the Primal Diet.
First and second being raw animal fats and raw animal proteins for building healthy new cells.
If I was stranded on a deserted island, the next food I would search for after wild caught animals and fish to augment my survival and thrival diet would be honey.

Greenwashing of the Organic Food Movement
100 hundred years ago, there was no such thing as organic because most all farms and food were organic. It wasn’t until World War II when experiments with industrial fertilizers and GMO-foods hit the scene to “feed our troops”.
Understanding and Promoting True Dental Health
Dr. Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus, Chemistry, who dedicated his life to dental health and the effects of Fluoride, stated that 30% of American youths between the ages of 8-10 have no cavities, and 100% of Ugandan youths ages 6-10 have no cavities. Ugandan youth’s teeth are 3 times better because they do not consume processed acidic foods, have no fluoride in their drinking water, eat regular meals rather than sipping acidic drinks all day, such as soda pop, have more calcium and phosphate in their diet, and have fewer dentists to cause more damage to teeth. However, Dietary causes are only part of the picture. Industrial chemicals cause most decay.
The War on Salt
Salt wasn’t a thing before the agricultural revolution 5000 years ago. Since, salt has made its debut, it has been the cause of war and destruction to human health and life on earth. How did this all come about?
Before humans began living in cities, we were mostly nomadic shepherds. Shepherds didn’t need salt to preserve their food because they just killed a sheep or milked it daily to get all the healthy live nutrition they needed. For those who think we need added salt in our diets for health, think twice.
