Over the last year, an aligned, working group of Primal Diet friends, coordinators, coaches, and teammates have been recreating the community services that Aajonus had been working on before he died.
The Primal Diet community was growing strong while Aajonus was alive as he made his circuit around the globe visiting communities, giving workshops, and doing consultations. He was in the process of creating a Primal Diet Retreat Center in Thailand where he could host clients, teach his iridology technique, and train Primal Diet coaches. You could call him from 10-12 PT to get your questions answered or run into him at a potluck.
After publishing We Want to Live and his worldwide book tour, Aajonus’ recognized that his readers needed a basic handbook for day-to-day meal prep, interesting recipes to make the Primal Diet inviting, and a simplified understanding of the facts that support his upside-down health program. The Recipe for Living Without Disease was released in 2002.

More than anyone I have ever known, Aajonus was the most extraordinary person in my life. I had known him longer than anyone I am aware of in the Primal…
The last few years, momentum has been building to revivify the Primal Diet Community. Several clients and students, some of whom, have been dedicated to the diet for 5 to even 25 years, have come together inspired by the newer, eager, younger Primal Dieters, and rekindled the torch of Aajonus. We are ready to pick up and carry the vision of optimal health forward now and into the future.
Honey is probably the third most important component of the Primal Diet.
First and second being raw animal fats and raw animal proteins for building healthy new cells.
If I was stranded on a deserted island, the next food I would search for after wild caught animals and fish to augment my survival and thrival diet would be honey.
Our last Primal Diet Q&A was more of a support group. Primal Dieters young and old, new and seasoned shared their challenges and victories in staying connected to friends, family, and co-workers as well as dating and schooling.
Our 1st Inaugural “Eat Fat and Be Happy” Primal Diet Conference Rocked the Rawsome!!! Meeting 35 new people in-person from all over the country, making friends, eating the healthiest food…
