With holidays just around the corner I want to share some familiar Thanksgiving recipes with a new twist. This time
When I entered the Army in 1987 I had 20/40 vision, an astigmatism, and was prescribed glasses and contacts. I threw away my glasses and contacts 25 years ago and made significant changes in my lifestyle towards being more holistic. I moved to the country and reduced my stress. I began wearing natural fibers, only putting things on my skin that I wouldn’t be concerned about putting in my mouth. I stopped all alcohol, processed sugar, caffeine, and salt. I did the recommended eye exercises and the Primal Diet.
The last few years, momentum has been building to revivify the Primal Diet Community. Several clients and students, some of whom, have been dedicated to the diet for 5 to even 25 years, have come together inspired by the newer, eager, younger Primal Dieters, and rekindled the torch of Aajonus. We are ready to pick up and carry the vision of optimal health forward now and into the future.
